Investment Services
KDB offers clients two types of managed accounts: discretionary and non-discretionary. With both options, the client pays a quarterly investment management fee, which is calculated as a percentage of assets under management. Consequently, KDB’s compensation is tied directly to the value of the client’s portfolio, rather than to individual transactions. The advantage of a managed account is that there is consistent and ongoing oversight of the client’s assets. KDB also offers portfolio check-up services and business retirement plans.
